Perth Ayurveda is a Western Australia-based wellness centre offering Ayurvedic treatments, natural therapies, and herbal products. Our services promote balance and overall wellbeing through traditional holistic methods.

• Perth Ayurveda provides Ayurvedic treatments and herbal solutions based on holistic wellness practices.

• Our services and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and do not replace medical advice or care.

• We are not a medical facility, and our practitioners are not registered medical professionals.

• Clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition.
   

3. Legal Compliance (Australia)

• Our products are formulated and labelled in accordance with Australian regulations, including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) where applicable.

• Unless stated otherwise, our products are not listed as therapeutic goods with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

• Perth Ayurveda complies with relevant Western Australian health and safety standards.
   

4. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• We ship Australia-wide using trusted local courier and postal services.

• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.

• Perth Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers, weather, or natural events.
   

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to selected countries.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local customs and import regulations before placing an order.

• Herbal products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

• Perth Ayurveda is not liable for items seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or border agencies.

• Refunds are not provided for items confiscated by customs. If items are returned in resellable condition, a product refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued.
   

5. Consultations and Treatments

• Consultations include personalised advice based on Ayurvedic principles (diet, lifestyle, detox, massage, and herbal guidance).

• Treatments are intended to support the body’s natural balance and energy.

• Results vary for each individual, and no therapeutic claims or guarantees are made.
   

6. Herbal Products

• All formulations use pure herbs, oils, and natural minerals traditionally used in Ayurveda.

• No synthetic additives, preservatives, or artificial vitamins are used.

• Products should be used as directed. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have health concerns or are taking medications.
   

7. Orders, Payments, and Returns

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is faulty.

• Delays or issues with shipping, customs, or international delivery,

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
